Site Underground Utilities

Facilities depend on the networks outside the building. TERMA installs potable water, fire water, storm water and sanitary sewer networks across sites and campuses, coordinated with civil works and the other underground services.

Routes, levels and crossings are agreed before excavation, and networks are pressure tested, flushed and documented with as-built drawings so future maintenance and extensions are safe and straightforward.
