HVAC Systems

Heating, ventilation and air conditioning is usually the largest and most complex mechanical package in a building. TERMA installs complete HVAC systems, from central plant and air handling units to ductwork, terminal units and controls, for embassies, hospitals, offices, shopping malls and residential towers.

Every system is coordinated with the structure and the other building services before installation, then tested, adjusted, balanced and commissioned so that design airflows, temperatures and pressures are achieved in every space.
