Services
Fire Protection Systems
Code-compliant fire protection solutions designed in accordance with NFPA standards.
Overview
Fire Protection Systems
Fire protection systems must work the first time, often after years on standby. TERMA installs sprinkler, standpipe, hydrant, fire pump and special hazard systems designed in accordance with NFPA standards and the requirements of the authority having jurisdiction.
From hydraulic coordination and pressure zoning to hydrostatic tests, flushing and fire pump acceptance tests, every step is documented so systems can be approved, inspected and maintained with confidence.

NFPA-based installation
Sprinkler, standpipe and fire pump systems to NFPA 13, 14 and 20, with UL/FM listed components.
Water supply and pumps
Fire water tanks, diesel and electric fire pumps, jockey pumps and controllers.
Tested and certified
Hydrostatic, flow and acceptance tests witnessed and recorded for approval.
