4. Method of collection and legal reasons
Your personal data is collected electronically through the contact and newsletter forms on this website and automatically through server logs. It is processed on the basis of Article 5(2)(c) (establishment or performance of a contract), (ç) (legal obligation), (e) (establishment, exercise or protection of a right) and (f) (legitimate interest) of the PDPL, and, for the newsletter, on the basis of your explicit consent under Article 5(1).
5. Transfer of personal data
To deliver your messages, your personal data is transferred to our email provider in Türkiye (Çizgi Telekomünikasyon A.Ş., Ofis.net) within the framework of Article 8 of the PDPL. To operate the website and protect the forms against bots, it may be transferred to our hosting (Vercel Inc.) and bot protection (Cloudflare, Inc.) service providers located abroad, within the framework of Article 9 of the PDPL and on the basis of standard contracts. Where required by law, it may also be transferred to authorised public institutions and organisations within the framework of Article 8.
6. Your rights under Article 11
Under Article 11 of the PDPL you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed,
- request information if it has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- request its deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7,
- request that corrections, deletions or destructions be notified to third parties to whom it was transferred,
- object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
- claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
7. How to apply
You can submit your requests in writing to Küçükbakkalköy Mah. Fırın Cad., Ekşioğlu İş Merkezi No:2-4/26, Ataşehir, İstanbul, Türkiye, or by email to info@termaisi.com.tr from the email address you have previously notified to us, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the process requires an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
