U.S. Diplomatic & Government Facilities
TERMA has delivered mechanical systems for U.S. Department of State Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) projects in 10 countries: new embassy compounds, a consulate, Marine Security Guard Residence (MSGR) expansions and technical upgrades. Working alongside leading OBO contractors, our teams engineer, install, test and commission HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, building automation, fuel-oil and underground utility systems to U.S. codes and OBO specifications.
