Building Automation Systems (BAS)

Building automation turns individual pieces of equipment into a system that can be monitored, tuned and trusted. TERMA integrates HVAC controls, energy monitoring and centralized supervision so operators can see and control the whole building from one place.

Control sequences are written, programmed and checked point by point, then verified during functional performance testing, so the building runs the way it was designed to run, season after season.
