Good mechanical systems start with sound engineering. TERMA's design team prepares load calculations, system designs, equipment selections and technical specifications for HVAC, plumbing and fire protection, from concept through construction.

Designs are checked against codes, coordinated with architecture and structure, and reviewed for constructability and value, so what is drawn can be built, operated and maintained efficiently.
