TERMA provided mechanical engineering and consultancy services for the New U.S. Diplomatic Mission Project in Malé, Maldives. The scope included mechanical submittals, shop drawing preparation and review, BOQ development, quantity take-offs, site inspections, site visit reporting, technical due diligence assessments, and engineering consultancy services. All services were performed in accordance with OBO requirements, project specifications, and applicable U.S. codes and standards.
