TERMA was responsible for the engineering and installation of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and underground utility systems for the Dellis Cay Villas development in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Mechanical works were executed in accordance with project requirements and applicable international standards prior to the suspension of the project.
